I think I feel slightly bereft now the A to Z Challenge has finished. It gave me a real purpose in what I was supposed to be blogging about and now I've got to figure it out by myself again!!!
However, this year it really has widened my blogging community experience away from my teaching and special needs interests so I feel I should try to keep up that interaction so I have decided to join a blog hop called:
This is run by Lexa Cain but I was introduced to it via Katie over at Cyborg Mum (one of the many new A to Z blogs I will be following from now on) and if you click on the button above it will take you directly to the link up and if you click on any of the blogs in the list below you can see what people are celebrating.
So today I will be celebrating instead of commiserating and thinking instead that new pastures are opening up and new experiences are about to unfold. I have successfully completed the A to Z and now I am free to write about whatever I want :)
Wishing everyone who has taken part in the A to Z Challenge a very restful weekend and now I'm off to take a look at what other people are celebrating today :)
Well done for finishing the challenge. Quite a few of the blogs I follow take part in the Celebrate the Small Things blog hop and it's always nice to see what's making people happy during the week.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll get back on track with your blogging during the coming months. Perhaps you could expand on some of the things you blogged about during the A to Z Challenge. I'd love to see most posts about your crafts and I'm sure others would find your posts about things that help the children you teach to be really useful. :-)
Thank you, Click for your thoughtful ideas - I certainly met some very talented crafting & creative people during the A to Z Challenge that's for sure :)
DeleteWelcome to the Celebrate blog hop! We are happy to have you! And thank you for the mention :)

DeleteCongrats on finishing the A-Z! It's a marathon, for sure. And welcome to Celebrate!
ReplyDeleteHi Kate thanks for stopping by and it's lovely to be part of the Celebrate linky :)

Don't forget to add your A to Z Reflections post link at A to Z Challenge! They'll have the Linky List up on Monday.
I'm looking forward to being able to share my reflections - it's been a super challenge. Congratulations to all of you on the team :)
DeleteIt is pretty nice to have fewer restrictions on what we can post. A to Z is fun, but some discussions are going to be a little long.

I certainly find it very hard to do short posts on the topics I blog about so I might really choose something completely out of the ball park for next year's challenge!
